Informed by a 20-year career in the U.S. Marine Corps, 17 years of small business ownership experience, and over 10 years as an ICF-Certified Coach, we bring a wealth of experience and expertise to our coaching practice.

- Twenty years of service in the U.S. Marine Corps, retiring as a lieutenant colonel, specializing in telecommunications and information systems with certifications in program management in the DoD acquisition workforce
- Doctorate in Adult Education, Masters of Education, BS in Elementary Education
- Small business owner since 2005
- Six years of faculty experience
- Founder and former CEO of Curriculum & Training Solutions, providing training evaluations on behalf of the Defense Acquisition University
